Rick’s Smokn’ Grill BBQ – $11.50 and up – per person – Please refer to the BBQ menu for more details.

Pasta Buffet – $15.50 pp – Two pastas, marinara and Alfredo sauces, grilled chicken, meatballs, and sauteed vegetables. Choice of Green salad, rolls and 2 desserts

Mexican Salad – 13.50 pp – Chili Lime chicken and Barbacoa pork, lime black beans and pinto beans, lime or coconut rice, grilled corn, guacamole, cheese, olives, sour cream and Cilantro Ranch Dressing. Chips and salsa. 2 dessert choices, lemonade/water.

$10.00 pp – Combination of Italian Wedge sandwiches (Turkey & Ham) , choice of 2 salads, choice of 2 desserts, lemonade/water. Additional Salad Choices- add $1.00/person

Entree Salad /Soup $12.00 pp – Choice of green salad with grilled chicken, 2 soups and a choice of 2 desserts, lemonade and water

Soup/Salad/Sandwich– $13.50 pp – Combination of Italian Wedge Sandwiches- choice of 2 meats, choice of 2 salads, 2 soups, 2 desserts lemonade/water

Green Salads– Spring Berry with vinaigrette, Green Garden with feta & ranch, Garlic Lemon with bacon mozzarella.

Deli salads– Italian Pasta, Grape Pecan, Mediterranean Rice, Broccoli Bacon, Macaroni Shrimp or Ham, Seasonal Watermelon Feta Salad with mint, Potato, Cornbread, Tropical Fruit, Sweet Potato with jalapeno and lime.

  • Pricing has been set for minimum of 50 guests. For groups under 50- please inquire.

  • Clarion Gardens Service up to 75 guests:  Tables, Linens, In-house centerpiece.
    Additional seating above 75 guests:  30.00 per additional table of 8 guests.

  • Off-site catering service- Buffet set-up and service with high quality single use tableware.
  • Children under the age of 5- no charge. Kids 5-8 yrs- 8.00 – 10.00
  • Any left over food, up to the original count, will be packed and left with the party.
