Clarion Gardens is known for it’s excellent Utah County Wedding catering. Whether the occasion is the wedding luncheon or the reception, Rick has a magic touch when it comes to scrumptious cuisine that delights the eye as well as discerning taste buds.
Let me introduce a few items on our menu and let you be the judge as to their alluring appeal.
Utah Wedding Luncheon or Dinner
Marsala Chicken: Excellent for a wedding luncheon is Marsala Chicken served along side garlic Parmesan potatoes and mixed veggies. It is an excellent choice for a wedding evening dinner as well. Full tummies, happy guests!
French Toast: Becca and Kyle chose from our brunch menu rather than having the traditional wedding luncheon. Delicious baked pecan French toast, topped with fresh berries and warm buttermilk orange syrup was the menu choice for their guests. A variety of fresh fruit completed the bill of fare.
Pork Tenderloin: Another favorite of wedding guests is our Marinated Pork Tenderloin topped with Rick’s remarkable cranberry orange salsa. Served with garlic Parmesan potatoes and mixed vegetables, make for a toothsome choice for a wedding dinner or special event.
Utah Wedding Reception Delights
Ice Cream and Brownies: A great sweet treat at the end of a luncheon or dinner is Vanilla Bean ice cream and brownies. We just like to add a little pizzazz to this combination by including berries. And, our Sophie Brownie is not any ordinary offering, but you have to taste it to understand what I mean.
Chips and Salsa Bar: If you want to diverge from the traditional cake and punch wedding reception refreshments, consider Noelle and Kelly’s menu choice. Their guests enjoyed fresh chips and a salsa bar. Fresh Peach Salsa, Salsa Verde and Salsa Fresca were the choices. Fresh veggies (including dip) and a selection of tarts that would satisfy any sweet tooth were added.
Ice Cream and Fruit: Kaila and Dallin chose Vanilla Bean ice cream with various toppings, which included fresh berries, pineapple, coconut, granola, nuts and whipped cream, just to name a few. An excellent choice for an extra warm day in the garden.
